1. Water and Power

Please make sure both water and electricity are turned on before our arrival to ensure a smooth cleaning process.

2. Guaranteed Access

To allow Ali Maid to begin cleaning upon arrival, we require guaranteed access to your property. This can be granted through a lockbox, door code, or hidden key.

3. Communication

While some of our team members speak English fluently, others may not. To ensure clear communication of special instructions or feedback, please direct them to us directly. This allows us to properly relay any specific requests.

To get the most out of our cleaning service, we kindly ask that you allow our crew to work independently without direct monitoring.

We welcome your feedback during the final inspection. This allows us to refine and personalize our service to meet your expectations. Please keep in mind the potential language barrier when providing feedback during the final walkthrough.

4. Exclusive Cleaning Window

To ensure maximum productivity, please avoid scheduling any other services (moving companies, construction, painting, etc.) while Ali Maid is cleaning your property. This allows our crew to work efficiently without interruptions.

5. Final Inspection and Completion

Upon completion of the cleaning, our crew will present a final inspection form for your review. Once the inspection is finished and signed, the job is considered complete. Skipping the final inspection signifies your acceptance of the cleaning service and confirms the job is complete. The billable rate begins per hour worked, and no refunds will be offered after the service is complete. We encourage you to voice any concerns during the inspection. Both parties have the right to terminate the service at any time if there are unresolved discrepancies.

6. Trip Charge

A $50 trip charge will apply if guaranteed access is not provided, utilities are not turned on, or another company is present on-site during the cleaning.

7. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service by check, cash, or any other approved payment method. Ali Maid reserves the right to file a lien as a provider of services as outlined by C.R.S §38-22-101.

8. Booking and Payment Authorization

Only the homeowner or an authorized representative can book, pay for, and inspect the cleaning service.

9. Reasonable Margin of Error

We understand that cleaning is a human service. While we maintain strict quality control and inspection procedures, we kindly ask for a 1% margin of error to be acknowledged.

Service Limitations:

  • As per insurance guidelines, interior window cleaning includes cleaning the interior glass only without opening windows or cleaning window tracks.
  • For OSHA safety reasons, our crew will utilize a step stool no higher than 2 feet for cleaning. We clean as high as we can safely reach.
  • Blinds are delicate and require regular cleaning. Due to the risk of damage, we cannot guarantee the removal of all dirt build-up. We will thoroughly dust your blinds with a microfiber cloth.

Legal:

In the event Ali Maid is required to hire legal representation to enforce these terms or protect its legal rights, the customer agrees to be responsible for all attorney fees and associated costs incurred. The customer also agrees to refrain from insurance fraud, online libel, or harassment of Ali Maid representatives.

10. Electronic Communications

By providing information to Ali Maid, you consent to receiving emails or phone calls from us. This consent is not a requirement of service. You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy located on our website (link not provided). You also have the right to opt-out of future communications at any time.
