1. Definitions

1.1. Referring Client: A current Ali Maid LLC customer who participates in the referral program by recommending our services.
1.2. Referral: A person recommended by the Referring Client who hires a cleaning service with Ali Maid LLC.
1.3. Referral Discount: The benefit granted to the Referring Client as a token of appreciation for their recommendation.

2. Participation Conditions

2.1. The Referring Client must be an active customer of Ali Maid LLC to participate in the program.
2.2. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously hired services from Ali Maid LLC.
2.3. The program is only available to individuals aged 18 and older.

3. Program Benefits

3.1. For each referral who hires a cleaning service, the Referring Client will receive a 50% discount on their next cleaning service.
3.2. If the referral continues to hire services and completes their 5th cleaning, the Referring Client will receive a 100% discount on one regular cleaning service.
3.3. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

4. Requirements to Receive Benefits

4.1. To qualify for benefits, the referral must:

• Hire and complete at least one cleaning service.
• Provide the Referring Client’s name at the time of booking.
  4.2. Discounts will only be applied once the referred service has been confirmed as completed.

5. Program Restrictions

5.1. Referring oneself or family members living at the same address as the Referring Client is not permitted.
5.2. Ali Maid LLC reserves the right to verify the information provided and reject any participation suspected of fraud.
5.3. The referral program does not apply to corporate or commercial contracts.

6. Use of Discounts

6.1. Discounts must be used within 6 months from the date they are awarded.
6.2. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Program Modifications and Termination

7.1. Ali Maid LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will only apply to referrals submitted after the terms and conditions have been updated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ali Maid LLC is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the Referring Client or the referral, which may result in the loss of benefits.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the referral program, both the Referring Client and their referrals accept these terms and conditions in full.
